His professional experience spans multiple sectors and disciplines. He has a specialist interest in CX & sales particularly within the financial services and insurance market where demystifying regulation is all about finding solutions that defy stifled and dehumanising customer interactions.


Driving growth through marketing and pipeline build, Rob’s perspective sparks divergent conversation and interest in doing things differently for better client and employee outcomes.


Rob is re-experiencing the wonder of childhood through the eyes of his young son born during lockdown. That said, swapping out his super car choices for a sensible family vehicle is a step too far and training young Alfie as a petrolhead has already begun.
